St. Luke’s Simulation Center utilizes state-of-the-art technology and simulated real-world environments to help health care professionals master cognitive, technical and behavioral skill sets.
Learners benefit from hands-on education with high-fidelity simulators, task trainers and the experience and skill of expert simulation professionals. St. Luke’s Simulation Center also features a Virtual Anatomy Lab, standardized patient experiences, a Surgical Skills Lab and a 3D Printing and Innovation Lab.
What is Simulation?
Simulation takes real-world experiences and allows individuals the space and time to learn, in a calm and controlled environment. Simulation in medicine has been shown to improve patient outcomes, patient satisfaction and the patient experience.

The 2023 SUN conference was established with a goal of collaboration and improving outcomes in healthcare and simulation. The conference provided tools, tips, resources, and support to drive and impact change both internally and externally.
